I just looked at what I had logged for breakfast, and it had 15 gm of carbs and only 2 of sugar! Protein was 16 gms. Yay! Oh, and if you can't find the meatloaf recipe, let me know. :)

Sugar is VERY hard to keep low when you are actually tracking it! I learned that awhile back when I was trying to do low sugar. Haha! Thanks for the comments! I have a love/hate relationship with plyometrics. I know that they are an effective and easy way to work out, but it is hard to find a sports bra that will keep the 'girls' in place enough so that they don't hurt!
