Old fashioned oats with crunchy peanut butter and honey is what I eat everyday in the morning.

For me it is 15 grain bread, toasted with honey and crunchy peanut butter. Or to make a sandwich with lunch meat.

Not sure if this helps, but taking the coldest shower humanly possible and going to bed right after made me fall asleep 2x faster.
