Way to go! Trust me slow and steady wins the race! You get no metal for losing weight quicker than the rest. However you could end up with a lot of muscle loss if you excel weight loss too quickly.

I had the exact same problem and wasn’t getting anywhere fitness wise (strength wise) because I was getting nowhere near the right amount of protein. Now I supplement with protein shakes.

I lost 80 pounds very quickly. Like 6-8 months and I had a lot of extra skin. I went and got mine removed surgically. They removed 18 inches of extra skin after my weight loss from my stomach.I know they say yo take weight loss slower when you’re bigger to prevent extra skin if you lose too fast.

I love white cheddar popcorn. Only about 60 calories per cup. Veggies are always a go too. I love fruit so pears and pineapples for me! For candy if I absolutely want something candy I’ll eat one of those little cinnamon discs. They are like 15 calories.
