  • Fantastic achievement, well done. What I love about your story is that you are keeping it real with your losses ie 1-2lb per week - I have been guilty of aiming for big losses and then when I dont see them I fall off the wagon. Thank you for the reality check and the inspiration.
  • Hi, just joined today . Haven't gone premium yet though. I have 100+ to lose and if I'm really honest its probably closer to 200.
