Okay this looks helpful. I’m 36, 5’8”, started MFP last Monday at 275lbs. I’ve tried doing MFP before but I usually give up after a week. I’m hoping doing this challenge will keep me on for longer haha. Goals: ✨Track all my foods every day. ✨Exercise or stretch every day. ✨Post here every day. See y’all on Saturday!!
