On August 29, 2023, I walked (slowly) from my house to the end of my street and back...about six minutes. Yesterday, I walked briskly for 20 minutes.

Seriously re-started my journey on August 29, 2023. Short-term goal is to lose a total of 60 pounds by the end of the year. Right now, I'm down 44 from my highest weight in March of 2023. Mid-range goal is to be able to play a round of golf with my 18 yr-old son while on vacation this summer without my knees and back…
