  • @dawnbgethealthy I commend you for quitting smoking. When I quit I used an app, I think it was called Smoke free. It helped. Even though I quit 8 years ago I could go back to a pack a day without blinking an eye. Sadly my lungs have suffered from my smoking. I’m happy you have quit and I hope it gets better for you.
