  • Since you're open to online, I would love some accountability. I'm Renee, I'm from Cleveland, OH. I've been doing IF for a few months and I'm finally adding calorie deficit to the mix and hoping for some different results.
  • My biggest struggles are stress and depression. I also have a really strong cravings overeat urge. Craving a scoop of ice cream and I'm stressed from work? There goes a pint or more! So, my challenge is to reign those in. I also tend to "mindlessly" snack at work. There's always cookies or crackers out.

  • I've been doing IF on and off for a number of years. When I'm on, I find that I get tons of energy, more focus, and more drive. I do lose a lot of weight, too, but that's not really why I do it.
