My husband and I both started this in September 2022 and we are in our 70's trying to stay healthy and get in shape. So far I have lost 18 lbs and he has lost 25 lbs. We try to walk or hike every day that the weather permits about 3 miles with our Morkie a one year old furbabby.

Congratulations for reaching your goal. I'm currently down a total of 28 lbs from May 2022 and needing to replace my entire wardrobe, but I plan on losing some more before I post a picture. It too will have to be a selfie. :)

69 yrs young started at 205 lbs and now at 178 lbs. Goal for me is 170 lbs. For a very large bone frame. 48 minute cross country hike upend down hills and narrow trails. Then another 35 minute walk in the neighborhood. Both at about 3.5 mph with dog on lead.
