I think it depends. If you are doing a competition with others who are not using medication to lose weight, then yes. Otherwise, it's just part of your journey. This issue comes when people stop taking the medication and gain the weight back because real and sustainable changes were not made. The drugs make it much easier…

We keep the house at 72F in the winter, and 76-78F in the summer.

Weights first, mostly for safety and power. I do a warm up, then do weights so that I have the most of my energy and can ensure proper form and I also get better gains when I do lifting first. If I add cardio, I do it after, however, I usually do cardio on a different day and do Tabata or some total body HIIT.

I use FitNotes. The basic one is free and you can customize your workouts, keep track, copy to other days etc. It will even track 1RM and such.
