  • My favorite is chicken nuggets and then place in buffalo sauce for great boneless wings at home. Baked potatoes are really good in them as well. Cover in some olive oil and salt.
  • I am 53 as well living in GA. I am doing a low carb diet and could use all the encouragement I can get.
  • I struggle on weekends as well. I have had better success over the last few years. The biggest thing is to be aware of your challenges and be proactive as possible. Fresh fruit and sugar free yogurt help me. It tastes sweet enough for me and is much healthier than candy. The last item is even at my worst I had good days.…
