Hello! In the past I've lost 200lbs, my before and after pictures are probably still rattling around in the darkest depths of this site from roughly a decade ago. Since then I've put a few back on and have made my return, now just have to put in the work (again)! 🙂

I like the paper towel roll analogy. 1 piece of paper off a full roll does really nothing visually. But the final piece of paper off the roll wraps around the roll 2-3 times. I feel this holds true in weight loss. The closer you are to your goal weight the more noticeable each lb becomes.

I agree, and you can also fall victim to muscle atrophy with an extreme deficit regularly.

I think so. You could be retaining some extra water while also dropping lbs and it just cancels itself out on the scale. I actually love weeks like this, especially when you notice a difference in the mirror like you mentioned. Keep at it!
