I started keto 3 weeks ago I lost 4 lbs, today I feel like I’ve gained. Not sure if I’m eating too much fat. No complex carbs just broccoli spinach zucchini I’m very confused how much protein carbs and fat I should eat a day. Well I know carbs need to be under 25-30 grams. Can someone give advice?
