I go, at most, three times a week. However, I do not spend a lot of time there since it really doesn't benefit you do spend 2,3.or 4 hours there. Thanks! Interesting, mine was set to 1770 which is an odd calorie number. I think I’ll attempt to go in and manually change it to 1500 and see what else changes as a result.

Transitioning from a another plan to MFP for the first time. I'm 71 and in good shape. Lap swim 3 times a week and also walk. Just want to keep in shape as best I can and eat healthy.

Syncing is an issue with me as well since I can't sync my exercise to MFP.
