Thank you. For me, I allow myself a few items that used to trigger overeating if I'm not mindful, but now I can control a bit better. For example, a dessert or a sub roll- I do have it once per week or so! I feel glad I can live and be around these foods and watch the portion. That works well. However, I bought my oldest…
