12/12-12/13: My partner made really good homemade chili (and I added low fat sour cream). I forgot to take a picture, but it was hearty, healthy, and delicious!

I haven’t posted in this thread in a little while. Oops! Over the last weekend I was traveling. I worked really hard to stay on track and for the most part, I did! Here’s a picture of a delicious indulgence I enjoyed over the weekend: Lemmon ricotta stuffed French toast.

11/29: Salmon & roasted carrots for dinner tonight! It was SO good!

11/27: I went out for brunch today with my girlfriend today and got a delicious avocado & cheddar cheese sandwich. It was really good and I was proud of myself for getting something somewhat healthier!

11/26: For breakfast today I ate a piece of sourdough with cream cheese, lox, & a fried egg. I also had some strawberries! It was a pretty good and quite filling meal.
