  • Very well said, one thing I can add is to work on taking walks and try to increase your steps as you get stronger. And it’s true that in time your hunger will go away as you stomach gets used to less calories. Good luck on your heathy life style change!!!!!

  • Losing weighty is never easy, I could break it down but the best advice I can give you is to start walking and keep track of your steps, a smart watch will really help. Try to eat smaller meals more often so you don’t get real hungry, good luck to you and god bless
  • What I did was started drinking unsweetened iced tea and a lot of water and as a reward I have a soda with dinner. So just find a balance that works for you and good luck with your life style change
  • I use a Garmin watch and a Garmin computer on my road bike and treadmill and my other gym equipment. It really helps to track and advance my progress. I would highly recommend some sort of smart watch
  • One thing I learned was to watch watch I eat and move around. A smart watch has been helpful counting steps and if can buy a treadmill or some other exercise equipment you like. I understand you have cabin fever but if you can go to the mall and walk around to burn calories, hope this helps
