First week of logging food, -2 pounds and can feel my skin tightening up a bit with exercise. Every bit helps to living a more vibrant life in my 40's :)

Ready to go! Trying to rescript the story my body has been telling. I haven't done the best job taking care it as I had focused on kids, career and caretaking. I appreciate my life, now it is time to live a healthier, happier, more vibrant one :) Goal: Don't lie to myself record it all & listen to what my body needs.
