My goal is to lose weight but with PCOS I focus on limiting my carbs and upping my protein. Im also vegan. As a result I am forced to really look at my food choices. @neanderthin I do eat shellfish because they are most likely not sentient. I generally only eat them when I go to sushi and seafood places. I've never tried eating them at home. I will give it a shot. Thanks for the suggestion!!!!
