I think the brand is ISO 100 they have a fruity pebble flavor that I love. Tastes like the milk from a bowl of fruity pebbles. I put it in milk though, not sure how it tastes in just water

I found crispy crunchy okra at Trader Joe’s that I’m pretty obsessed with right now. Pickles are also good, I had some spicy dill pickle chips that I swear I could’ve eaten the whole jar at once. Even with controlling myself it only took about 5 days.

My favorite high protein foods are chicken, salmon, cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, chicken sausages with breakfast and eggs. It isn’t from a coffee shop and it’s not particularly low calorie but I use a caramel premier protein or Fairlife drink and mix it with a little bit of a coffee concentrate and it gets me 30 grams of protein (170 calories) and I really like it. I do it with coffee ice cubes so it stays cold and doesn’t get watered down
