I can share a bit of second hand data, hope it will help. I'm CIS but a close family member is a trans man taking testosterone. He is around 5 foot 2 and 120ish pounds so pretty small and does work out but unfortunately hasn't had a huge increase in caloric burn since transitioning. Maybe 100 extra calories per day after a…

Fall update time, the pic on the left is now at 189 lbs. Still 9 more pounds to get to my goal and down 87 lbs this year.

Hello fellow middle agers! Looking to add some friends on here so we can creep each others diaries and get meal ideas. I'm a 44 year old man, started the year at 276 lbs down to 190 now and still have a bit to go. I started running in the spring and I'm trying to get the hang of how the extra exercise affects calorie…

My NSV is running 5 km without stopping earlier today. 6 months ago I couldn't make it 250 meters without a break.

A banana is my go to, it'll fill you up enough and doesn't need to be refrigerated so it's pretty simple.

We used to eat out a lot but have cut it way back since getting an air fryer. It's so easy to toss a chicken breast or two in there and cook up some veggies and/or potatoes on the stove. Clean up is way easier than using an oven as well.

Immediate perfection is NOT required, just do your best to be as accurate as possible and with time you’ll find youve learned through trial and error what works for you and what doesn’t. If it helps try thinking of food tracking and weight loss as a long term thing. Habits change slowly and it takes a while to get good at…

Here's me from January 6th 2022 to today, down 75 lbs. I've been on a bit of a slowdown this month but I'm happy overall with my progress. EDIT: wanted to add a bit of context to the chart. Except this week I've weighed myself every morning, increases and decreases. Not sure I'd recommend that to anyone but it does make it…

I’ve been at the cottage this week and this is the first time in my life I’ve felt fine going to the beach without a shirt on. I don’t look like a Greek god or anything but to feel like I fit in is amazing.

Heck yeah why not give this a go. Hi all, I started the year at 276 lbs, currently 209. I've been losing about 2 lbs per week pretty consistently so I'll aim for about the same this month. It's an aggressive goal so I won't be too broken up if I don't hit it. I'm a 44 year old 5'10" man. June Start Weight: 209.7 June Goal…

Hello! Feel free to add me, I love seeing motivation in my news feed! I started this journey needing to lose about 90 lbs to get to a healthy weight and have about 30ish lbs to go.
-
Great job everyone, there's some huge changes in this thread. I just passed 60 lbs lost, from 276 to 215 and figured it's time to do a comparison.
-
The only two things I've cared about are calories for weight loss and sodium intake to control blood pressure. So far these two have served me well.
-
Hey Tony, sounds like you've got things under control! I'm about your height and started at 125kg/276lbs in January and am down to 99kg/218lbs today. I ate around 1700 calories per day more or less and I started like you losing a ton the first month and slowing down to 10lbs loss per month now. I'm assuming I'll reach…

NSV - I can put my socks on standing up now. ...not that I do very often because it's weird, but give it a try!

Today is day 90 sticking to healthy sustainable eating for me. Aside from the weight loss (which has been great!) my blood pressure has gone from around 140/80 to 118/67 and my triglycerides and cholesterol are normal. It feels great not having to worry about going on meds.

True if only to keep my wife happy. TNP has gone golfing in the past 2 years.

Good job! What did you use for the VR fitness?
