I am wanting to track net carbs at each meal plus daily total. I wish there was a way to customize personal nutrition. I prefer: carbs, protein & fat.

I was recently diagnosed with pre diabetes. My doctor says I have been sitting on the fence for a few years. Several opinions on using the MFP app or not is to quit counting calories.
