You may want to look into a rocker platform for your trainer (allows side to side movement to simulate real riding, some go fwd and back too) if you are doing these epic zwift sessions. A friend has one and says it makes a huge difference (he does 4+ hr rides).

What works for me is not to add the exercise calories back in if the workout is an hour or less. Over that I need the extra calories to actually make the workout effective. Plus I don't add in all the calories back, maybe half or so. 600 cal/hr is certainly doable and something I do all the time, but it is a fairly hard…
