  • I usually have a piece of hard candy. I also keep some lil debbies oatmeal cookies in the fridge, for 170 cals if I have that available. You have to have self control with that and for reason this sugar addict has been able to do it. I just keep reminding myself how bad I feel after too much sugar, and it helps. Also have…
