  • I eat more for dinner than I do for breakfast and lunch because I am always hungrier at night than early in the day. I eat a big dinner and it always fills me until bed.
  • Tomorrow's another day. Having a healthy snack to hold you over before bed isn't going to make you fat. Better to not starve yourself and create unhealthy ways of treating food, which isn't sustainable over time.
