@Tabatha_Cain I hope you can find a balance of your macros so you don't have to drink protein shakes all the time. My calories are set at 1200 and my macros are 35% carbs, 30% fat and 35% Protein, so not a lot different than what your dr. prescribed for you. I will sacrifice having more fats if it means I keep my carbs low…
