Had a shopping trip with my daughter & granddaughter yesterday & enjoyed it. Our granddaughter was a delight. She helped me to choose the right picture frame for my hummingbird print. Today I had a nice time shopping with my daughter & granddaughter. My favorite part of the trip was having my granddaughter choose a frame for a lovely hummingbird print I’ve always liked. Grandchildren are a gift. I am lucky to have five—1 wonderful granddaughter and 4 boys. Two of the boys are our son’s & the other two are our daughter’s. One grandson loves horses, and so do I. I hope to find a place where he can take lessons and someday we can ride together. 🐎 Katla in Illinois

Regarding drinking more water—I had a habit of drinking a glass of cranberry juice with my meals, and suddenly realized how much sugar it contains. I’ve decided to drink a glass of water with my meals, and am very pleased with how much better I feel. 😊 Katla in Illinois
