Ran today for 45 min about 3 miles on treadmill at 4.7 2 incline. I usually had been doing treadmill at 12 incline 3mph for 25min then stairmaster 20 min on 6-7 trying not to use handrails at times. Here’s me. Lost 34.5 lbs since August working out 5 days a week! Two days cardio and the rest strength training. Plus going below calorie count and eating healthier. The first pic is in August I weighed 235lbs and last pic is dec Dec 12th. I’m 48yo. Best shape I’ve been in in 24 years!!
