Jlswensen Weigh Day: Saturday PW: 217.0 CW: 218.5 Not really sure what’s going on with the weight gain this week. The scale shows a lower body fat% but an increase in weight. I know I’ve got some inflammation in my shoulder and this past week I upped my mileage, so we’ll have to see what next week brings.
