  • I'd like to drop 12 pounds by the end of August. It's a mini-milestone along the way. Down 78 so far and still going strong. I've just added some walking and low-impact workouts to my week...we'll see how it goes!
  • Like yourself. When a craving hits I replace emotional food with emotional support - ‘you deserve to see that pound come off this week. You deserve to be proud.” Then I send myself on a walk, or to the bath or to bed lol.
  • Thanks for posting, Jeff. I have just recently got off the self-loathing train. All those years, all that self-torture. My doctor said ‘diabetes’ and I said, no more. I don’t count calories but I do watch my carbs (strictly for the sugar spikes I have to avoid). I’ve lost 70 pounds in 6 months - so far it’s rarely hard. I…
