Saturday - 5k walk Sunday - 3k horse ride (weather was terrible here all day).

Making the most of what's left of my gym membership (cancelled for Jan and Feb to try something a bit different), yesterday did full body mainly using machines. Today more of the same :)

Horse riding today. Have noticed I've lost my confidence, seems to happen at this time of year but I don't know why... so I took a route I know well with few surprises (apart from high winds!) And just enjoyed myself with no pressure.

45 minute home workout. Barbell squats, dumbbell press, dumbbell curls, bridge with band, weighted dead bugs, single arm rows, lots of others I can't remember! All in sets of 3x12. 3km walk this afternoon and need to do some yoga later.

@drmwc my horse is in Epsom so I know it well! Spend most Sundays on the Downs, lovely area. Yesterday I did a home workout with dumbbells and resistance bands, followed by about 20 minutes of yoga. @drmwc sounds like you are local to me, I am just outside Reigate *waves* Today I walked just over 5k first thing and then went to the gym this afternoon for an hour or so. Mainly focusing on core and arms.

Have done very little all week tbh apart from a little yoga and resistance band training. Horse riding today but he was very spooky (out of character to say the least) so we only managed 2.7k. Did nothing the past few days other than a few short walks. I have a new fitness/workout app I want to try but holding off paying…

Just long lined the horse today, had a sudden downpour so headed back slightly sooner than planned.

Boxing class today. Kicked my butt, glad I went as really lacking motivation and was tempted to cancel but sucked it up.

Yesterday my back was flaring up really bad so just did 45 mins of yin yoga and lots of short bursts of walking. Today it was a bit better so I did 30 minutes of core pilates and another 15 of yin yoga.

Lower body resistance band workout this morning followed by a quick 10 minutes of yin yoga.

30 minutes yin yoga followed by a home workout - mainly core but also some dumbbell work and resistance band exercises. 45 minutes total.

Horse riding day today but decided to do some groundwork instead, so we long lined for an hour. Only covered 3.3k so not exactly flying around but that wasn't the aim. Also did 20 minutes yin yoga.

Boxing class today. I was the only person who attended so I got a one to one session which was hard going but really fun. Definitely going to be aching tomorrow! Also did some yin yoga.

Yesterday I just did 15 minutes pilates. I just read your other thread and agree with what has already been said there, strength training I'd likely to be more beneficial to you at this stage. By all means try pilates and see if you enjoy it - I personally do and find it to be a really enjoyable form of exercise but it's not really designed for body recomposition.

4km walk to and from the optician first thing, that's as exciting as my Wednesday got! Gave my one month's notice on my gym membership as want to mix things up a bit in the new year before going back.

Core workout at home this morning plus lots of walking.

Had a day off work today so took myself off for a walk on a route I hadn't done before. 4.6km so nothing crazy, but enjoyed being outdoors before the rain came. This afternoon I walked to the gym, did 40 minutes of core and arm work. First time back in a week and a half due to illness so took it relatively easy.

Short horse ride today, was -1°C when we headed out so I was in no mood to hang about but pony had other ideas! We only managed 2.8km, I had plans this afternoon so a longer ride was out of the question today unfortunately.

I ride every Sunday and mention it on here :) although my share horse has been coming back from lameness so we've been a bit limited recently! But you're right there are no active horse riding groups on here unfortunately. I've done very little all week, my head cold got much worse and wiped me out, and then my motivation…

I've got a head cold too today. Had to go and sort the pony out, the wind was really up and he was very spooky so I called it quits after a quick 30 minute ride.

Went to boxing class today. My back is flaring up badly but I hoped movement would help. It didn't make it worse but didn't make it better either. I was on call and had to leave early as I got a call and had to deal with something urgently but am glad I managed to go.

20 minutes yoga first thing. 10 minutes elliptical. 50 minutes core and arms. 30 minute walk.

Full body workout at the gym, started incorporating copenhagens which are killing my core but in a good way. Also upped weights as of last week and it's tough! Seem to have tweaked something in my knee so might rest legs for a few days.

Weekly horse ride today, 50 minutes with about 10 minutes of trotting, the rest in walk.

Nothing on Thursday or Friday due to work commitments but managed to get to boxing class today.
