I realized I do not walk near enough. I am mostly home so I decided that being home won’t stand in my way or use it as an excuse. I don’t like walking around my neighborhood so today I just reached 10000 steps walking in my house! Ever since I started to keep my body moving I feel so much better!

This meal was pasta, one tb olive oil, Parmesan, spinach, and cherry tomatoes. It was absolutely delicious!
