Thank you so much for this thread! I have been struggling with getting below 140 since November of last year. I finally made it to 137 as of two days ago! Not easy! I walked like crazy and kept my calories under 1200 the best I could with the exception of a few days eating out here and there. I also drink atleast 8 8oz…

Helloooo, I'm working on maintaining a 60lb weight-loss for 3 1/2 years. But I did gain back 15 during Covid and I just need to lose 10lbs to be back at goal! I'm on a mission and nothing will get in my way! :)
