  • If your goal is to be in a caloric deficit, then you generally shouldn't. In saying that, if you’ve burned a heap of active calories- say 800 or more in a day. Then you should eat more to prevent your daily deficit being too drastic. You can disable the active calories MFP adds on top of your daily goal in settings.
  • Your BMR has reduced since your earlier stages. Once you have your new calculated BMR you will know exactly what your calorie ‘threshold’ is for losing/gaining body fat. Chat GPT works it out for you easily - just tell it all of your current stats and it will tell you all your exact energy consumption/usage requirements.
  • Try to get in the habit of taking regular drinks of water. Not enough water leads to a lack of appetite, constipation and fatigue. Take a water bottle with you wherever you go.
