  • Try using fairlife vanilla (or other flavored) protein shakes! I use that as my "creamer" with a bit of truvia and sugar free caramel syrup :) I've always been someone who made my coffee 50% super sweet creamer and 50% coffee, and I really do enjoy my little health hack. If anyone tries it let me know :)
  • Tofu can truly be whatever you want it to be. A lot of people drain it, cube it, air fry it and add a sauce! (pan frying would work as well).   • Congrats, that is so wonderful! I have only lost 15 so far (long way to go) but I love feeling my clothes get less snug! I was consistently going up in sizes and it feels so nice to know that I am finally on the right path.
  • maybe not a "mini" goal but I have a wedding dress I'm hoping to fit into by October! If not, it obviously will be adjusted but it is a couple sizes down from my current size and it would feel so wonderful to be able to fit into it as is!
