My last gym pic in my 40s! 50th Birthday tomorrow!!! Workouts 3 days a week + calorie deficit = success.

Refusing to let 50 take me down! Fighting for the summer shreds and in better shape than when I was in my 20s. Calorie deficit + consistent 1/2 hr workouts Mon, Weds, Fri. Still drinking cocktails, eating cinnamon rolls, and eating out... all in moderation!
