  • I've been vegan for over two months: 48 pounds and counting. I am aiming for 100 lbs. I have MFP set at losing a pound a week. However, I ride my bike or play basketball 4 to 5 days a week. I've been losing an average of 3 to 5 pounds a week.
  • I went vegan 2 months ago. I eat out a lot. be smart about what you buy out there. I love going to Publix and getting salad and fruit bowls. Chipotle for the vegan bowls, Kairos Mediterranean have a lot of choices.
