Mine was working okay until today. Now is is duplicating my 15K+ steps from yesterday. So annoying!

Between Monday November 18th through yesterday November 22 MFP worked properly syncing my exercise and steps from Fitbit and I thought that the bug was fixed. I saw that this is a known problem for MyFitnessPal duplicating Fitbit steps from yesterday but I saw no mention of the App not saving my selection of Fitbit Steps in the App measurements.
