Thank you all but I have metal in my leg an screws in my ankle from acc. Happen 10 years ago exercise is hard an finding something I enjoy I use to be a dancer now I try don't want to even look at the mirror ☹️and my doc put me on meds but they stopped working and I've considered surgery but I cant afford it health issues…
