@cowsfan12 Upper body DOMS still makes me feel old & sad but getting better. I feel like I’m still finding the groove as far as mastering form and figuring out appropriate working weight. I think I’ve been holding back out of fear but now doing longer warmups (which I’ve always resisted) the pain is disappearing.…

There have been times when staying in bed would’ve sounded like a good plan to me Seriously, i’m sorry about the allergies. It sounds very annoying and limiting.

I have always had “too many” cats. They give me pure joy. I don’t think I could do the cat Café because I would need to take them all home. The cat distribution system has been very good to me.

Sometimes I sit in the car outside of where I’m going and watch cat videos for a few minutes. Self-care is important.

Of course! We do the things because they feel good. Same for eating & sex etc. Tangentially, I like education for its own sake. Can it also be utilitarian? Of course, but it is also for pleasure and edification
