I don’t think I have ever had my laundry completely done. Maybe when I was in my 20s and I would take it all to the laundromat except for what I was wearing. Excellent job. And I don’t think it’s a little thing at all.😁

Yes, I make a note of which bands (color) I use so I can track my progress by going down in how much support I need. I used to be able to do unassisted & i think I’ll get there again this year. Knock wood

This is very cool. I was doing banded pull-ups last night. I am definitely feeling it today.

I just walked right out there and started the car not paying attention to the cold at all. Drove to work carefully over packed snow. Walked the 15 steps to the door, unlocked it, & let myself in. Now I need a little treat for being a grownup instead of a crybaby.

That’s a long walk. I did that for a couple of weeks a few years ago for a temp job. Cold, icy, windy, miserable. Even worse than the brutalist architecture was the brutal weather

We haven’t seen this kind of cold in a couple of years but it’s actually normal for this area in January. It usually lasts a week or two. I hate it, thanks.
