  • Thank you! I've been on a roll with journaling my food, and still trying to get the macro thing figured out. I set a goal for 3 days a week for exercise, and consistently do 2. It's time to get moving more. 1 pound in 17 days. Just keep going I keep telling myself.

  • + earlier note - you might also check Apple Health App also to ensure Steps are turned on. I hope this helps.
  • I had this problem this week and was able to fix it by going into the settings of the Apple Watch to ensure the steps were turned on. Also go into your setting on your iphone and go to the MFP app also to make sure Steps are turned on. This worked for me.
