So now that there’s no newsfeed what’s the point in adding friends? The profile feed thing looks like it was designed by a 13 yr old in 1995.

The majority of people who utilized the newsfeed did so because they wanted to stay away from the toxic community forums. Like I said in my previous post the newsfeed was a place where we could “hang out” with only those who fit into our worlds. The “newsfeed was old, out dated and hard to keep up with” is a poor reason…

“Not used by many” is flat out wrong. Most users prefer the newsfeed to the forums, many rarely or never use the forums at all (I being 1 of them). The newsfeed is a safe place that we use to invite only those who WE feel fit into our own little world/friend group. The forum is rife with weirdos, stalkers, trouble makers…
