Thank you for the link. I'll definitely check it out. My dr and I are trying to get my thyroid back under control, but I still alternate between having to force myself to eat anything and having trouble stopping eating. Makes it extremely hard to lose weight or even exercise (no energy or hyper)

Reading through this thread, I guess I'm really lucky to have my SO willing to talk about it and offer support. He also asks daily how I'm feeling mentally and physically about my weight loss. I do agree that your individual feelings should matter more than how friends, family, etc support you. REMEMBER!!! YOU MATTER!!!

I'm new here. I'd enjoy having friends for motivation and support. I have about 30 pounds to lose, plus all the extra inches. I also want to increase steps. Any help or advice is appreciated.
