  • Good suggestions all. One thing I need to remember is to keep things simple. Using the nutrient tallies that MFP is already keeping for me is a good idea. And there’s always the plate method 😁. A quarter of the plate is protein, a quarter carb, half a plate of veggies, and some sort of dairy. My go to is Greek yogurt.
  • Good idea. I can do that. I think I’d like to come up with how much of each I should have also. Like - 5 fruits and vegetables, 2 fats, 3 carbs etc. But I suppose that’s a bit too old school. Nutrients are probably more important.
  • This has started happening to me. But it’s only been for about a week. And it’s one specific meal that won’t log so far. Calories are counted but food doesn’t appear. Very weird
