  • I love freshly made almond milk. I like to blend 8oz of (soaked) raw almonds with 3 cups of water, add a date or two, a hint of vanilla, and squeeze through a cheesecloth... it is the best! If I'm at work and can't get to my fresh, raw almond milk, I grab a vanilla Muscle Milk, protein shake and use a little of it.
