  • Burrito bowls: rice, beans, salsa, corn and turnip "cheese" sauce heated up. A tablespoon of vinegar (rice is my fave) after it's heated. Eat alone, over greens, or with oil free crackers/tortilla chips. 🤤 Favorite fast meal this past month 😊
  • I've been whole food, plant based, no oils since January. I'm down +70lbs, eat pretty much what I want whenever, and am now able to walk +10 miles in a day. Plants have all the protein and fats you need, as well as the carbs. I aim for around 75-80% carbs, 10-15% protein, <10% fats, usually hit those macros too.
