Good luck on your journey! Quitting smoking is a great start to a healthier lifestyle 🎉 if you can do that you can definitely be successful in a weight loss journey

It’s definitely doable! And even if it takes a couple extra months to reach your final goal you’re still gonna feel so much better once the bulk of the weight comes off

The username has to be either copy and pasted or typed in manually on the add friends page. Been this way since I started back unfortunately 🙈 hope this helps folks add some friends:) I’m also open for new friendships on here as well

I’m happy to have more friends here. Started back with MFP a couple weeks or so ago and it’s been really helpful ☺️

I always try to overestimate a little when I’m not sure how much of something I ate. Before I started back here I was easily eating close to 2k calories just in one meal. Swapping some higher protein and fiber food’s definitely has helped make me feel fuller so I don’t take in so many calories a day

I’m always looking for more active friends. I will add you guys as well 😊

We got this! 🎉 Would love some new like minded friends as well

You’ve got to manually type their names in from the Friends page. Would be nice if we could just quick click and add from posts 🤪

Oh thank you! This helped a lot

That’s a good question. I don’t know either 🙈

Hello I am looking for some supportive friends :) I’m 43 and I’m looking to lose 60lbs I did it before 11 years ago. Gained it all back and it’s basically taken what feels like forever to find the motivation to do it again. I know being in my 40s it’s not going to be as easy as last time but I am determined! I’ve started…

I struggle with yo-yo’ing but here I am back to give it another try ☺️
