  • Just now getting started. I already workout a good amount but I have had problems slimming my midsection down. I assume it has to be my food intake, possibly my binge drinking from time to time or my love for ice cream 🤷🏻‍♂️. Owning a bar/restaurant probably doesn’t help 🤦🏽‍♂️. Looking forward to figuring this puzzle out…
