@SafariGalNYC Surprisingly on the glp-1, I'm not a big eater. I get hungry at appropriate times and I've even lost another 10lbs since I wrote my intro post. It's crazy that my portions are normal now. Thanks for the link, I always make sure to get my greens in too! ☺️

It's petty but I'm really working on my hydration so it bugs me a little that my office bottled waters are 16.9floz. Yeah, I'll just be tracking that as 17floz.

My mini goal is to get below 330lbs. I've got 14.6lbs to go to get here. I know it won't take long but the last few times I've started that's where I seem to stall and lose hope/give up. Not this time!

I completely understand that. My insurance doesn't cover it either. That's incredible that you lost 100lbs and on your own! Starting over isn't always fun, but thankfully we already know a few of the tips and tricks. I'm glad you're here! 😊
